I attended 3 sessions of Madhura, I was introduced to concepts of energy healing, EFT, Exploring Gratitude. Madhura has a very natural and intuitive way of connecting with my energies, she would truly understand my worries or emotional states.
My biggest takeaway from these sessions has been reconnecting with parts of myself that were stopping me from being positive and experiencing hope.
