I felt the workshop was very good introduction of Tai-Chi. I could feel the energy in my palms. I have actually used the energy exercises and found them very helpful.
What wonderful energy in the session! I have never explored tai-chi and the session with Madhura was a fabulous eye-opener to the wonderful possibilities of tai-chi. I came in feeling irritated with something but by the time the session finished, I felt clean, clear and bright in body and mind.
