During a workshop on Women’s Wellbeing participants do the following activities :

  • Special focus on Work-Life balance for Women.

 

  • Importance of Creative movements for building Confidence and staying Positive in challenging times.

 

  • Practices to overcome limiting beliefs and Grow as a Leader by taking various leadership positions.

 

  • Group exercises to provide expression to creative energy and becoming an inspiration for others.
