Methodology

During a workshop on Employee Wellbeing participants do the following activities:

  • Know the importance of Physical and Emotional Wellbeing.

 

  • Reflect on a particular day to understand the stressful situations, associated triggers & emotions (anxiety, frustration etc.)

 

  • Practice EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique to release stress and choose Positivity and Confidence

 

  • Practice Chair-Yoga and Tai-Chi body movements to increase flexibility and improve Body-Mind connection
